Dr. Eck�s experience and interests are in the areas of traffic engineering, traffic safety, pedestrian and bicycle transportation, forensic engineering and technology transfer. He now serves as Senior Advisor with WV LTAP where he provides technical assistance to local governments and conducts workshops. He has developed and/or taught a variety of traffic engineering, safety and roadway design related workshops and courses. He has served as a member or team leader on over thirty Community Design Team visits throughout West Virginia.
