Dr. Gray is the author of the book "A First Course in Fluid Mechanics for Civil Engineers" (http://www.wrpllc.com/books/fcfm.html). He is also the author or co-author of more than 110 papers and reports on various aspects of fluid mechanics including buoyancy effects, environmental flows, gas-liquid hydraulics, groundwater modeling, hydrologic processes, and magnetic forces on fluids.

For relaxation he enjoys being with his wife and family, reading, listening to jazz, SCUBA diving, jogging in the summer, and weight lifting in the winter.
