Roger Chen Named ASNT Fellow

Dr. H. L. "Roger" Chen, a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, has been named a Fellow of the American Society of Nondestructive Testing, the world’s largest technical society for nondestructive testing professionals, representing a wide range of industries, academic institutions, and government agencies. The Fellow Award is a prestigious award for outstanding professional distinction. Dr. Chen received the award at the organization’s Fall Conference in Houston October 25.
